These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and platform operated by Demo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering an account or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
2. Account Registration
- You must verify your email address before you can sign in.
- Teacher accounts additionally require approval by a studio administrator before access is granted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms or at the administrator's discretion.
3. Enrolment and Payments
3.1 Course enrolment
- Enrolment in a course is subject to availability of classes and seats.
- Once enrolled, you will be assigned to a class batch by the studio administrator.
- Enrolments have a validity period (“course duration”) as specified at the time of purchase. Access to classes expires at the end of this period.
3.2 Payments
- All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Coupon codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- It is your responsibility to ensure payment is completed successfully. Pending orders that are not paid may be cancelled.
3.3 Refunds and cancellations
- Refund requests must be submitted to the studio directly via the contact page or email within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are at the sole discretion of the studio administrator. Partially attended courses may not be eligible for a full refund.
- If a class batch is cancelled by the studio, enrolled students will be reassigned to another batch or offered a full refund.
4. Attendance and Class Conduct
- You are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually. Attendance is recorded and visible to you and studio administrators.
- You must conduct yourself respectfully during live sessions (online or in-person).
- Recording or distributing session content without explicit written consent from the studio is prohibited.
- The studio reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for disruptive behaviour.
5. Teacher Responsibilities
- Teachers must start and end sessions through the platform dashboard so attendance and records are accurately maintained.
- Teachers are responsible for marking attendance accurately during live sessions.
- Teacher accounts are subject to additional verification and approval by the studio admin.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the backend, or the database.
- Introduce malware, spam, or disruptive content via any form, message, or profile field.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications when registering as a teacher.
- Scrape or systematically copy platform content, course materials, or user data.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course content, session materials, and platform design are the property of Demo unless otherwise noted.
- You may access materials for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use requires written permission.
- Content you submit (profile photos, messages) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to display it within the platform.
8. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Profile.
- Deletion permanently removes your personal data, enrollments, and payment records.
- Invoices and transaction records that are part of the studio's financial records may be retained as required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, lost sessions, or indirect damages arising from platform use.
- Health and safety during physical yoga/fitness sessions is your responsibility. Consult a medical professional before undertaking any physical training programme.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city where the studio is registered.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
